A Day in Brantingham: Where Adventure Meets Relaxation

This Lewis County gem embodies Lewis Life! Right in our backyard, Brantingham is the ideal place to live- with opportunities for involvement and community engagement while playing in the Adirondack Park.

Located only 20 minutes from Lowville, Brantingham is on the western edge of the Adirondack Park- balancing tranquility with community life. One of the best parts of this gem? It's a display of Lewis Life year-round! Relax on the lake after work in the summer and spend your winter weekends ice fishing- no matter what, Brantingham is sure to show you a true Adirondack living experience. 7 AM: To the tees!

Picturesque and open to the public? Say no more! Brantingham Golf Course is an 18-hole course (and staple of the community) waiting to introduce you to a beautiful day in Brantingham. The course is also groomed in the off-season to be an ideal place to take in the beauty of the Adirondacks from your cross-country skis!

9 AM: Good Food, Good Company

Rumor has it, The Brantingham Inn is home to the perfect pancake! I don't know about

you, but that sounds right up my alley! Stop into this must-see for a community-centric experience and good eats!

10:30 AM: Hit the Trails!

Brantingham has so much to take in- even after living there for a decade, you might find something new on a day out! Spend your morning getting to the in the area. Explore, check out the scenery, drive around the lake- just take it all in! If that's not up your alley, Kovach Repair and Snowmobile Rentals has you covered! Take in the nature from a different point of view- on the trails! While your at it, become a member of Brantingham Snowmobile Club! Side note: now is the perfect time to practice for next year's Winterfest snowmobile obstacle course.

1 PM: Food & Friends

For a mid-day refresher, be sure to stop into The Pine Tree Inn. Serving the best wings in Brantingham, The Inn is sure to give you the enrgy you need to tackle the rest of your day. 

2:30 PM: Lake Life or Adventure Time

It wouldn't make sense to spend a day in Brantingham without spending time on the one and only Brantingham Lake. If its warm enough, take your boator jetskis out to enjoy the day- just make sure to abide by any regulations! The Lake is perfect for a fun, ice-fishing filled day, too! If you want to opt for a more intensive day, grab you bike and hit the trails! Though they aren't located right in Brantingham, the biking trails are close by and a hit! Here is more info on biking in Lewis County.

6 PM: Eat & Enjoy

I've typed it before and I'll type it again: Lewis County has the best food. The newly rebuilt Coachlight Inn is no exception to this, serving everything from casual pizzas to fine surf and turf specials! No matter what you get, you can't go wrong. 

8 PM: Night on the Town (...or Hamlet)!

Remember that breakfast stop from earlier? As it turns out, Brantingham Inn also has the ideal night scene. With stocked a stocked bar, radio, and open space, you're sure to have the night of your life to close out the day of your life. 

No matter what you choose to do in Brantingham, it'll be a good day experiencing Lewis Life!
