The undersigned agrees to, at al times, indemnify and save harmless, the Lowville Business Association, Lewis County Agricultural Society, Inc., Village of Croghan, Village of Lyons Falls, and Naturally Lewis, Inc. and its affiliated organizations, against all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising or growing out of any injury, loss or damage to property from the installation, use, maintenance, state of repair or presence of any kind related to the booth or other installation or structure at the Lewis County Agricultural Society, Village of Croghan and Village of Lyons Falls properties, and will pay to the entities listed above the full amount of any loss or damage which is may sustain, incur or become liable for on account thereof.

Additionally, I affirm that:

• I will set up at the required time, no earlier, no later
• I will carry out what I carry in
• I will unhook my vehicle from my trailer, if applicable 
• I understand that vendor fees are nonrefundable
• I will remain at Food Truck Fridays and will not breakdown prior to the conclusion of the event - even if sold out
• I will respect all Naturally Lewis, Inc. staff and volunteers, especially if they are requesting these items of me.
