The Leadership Academy is a ten month program building tomorrow's leaders. This program accepts emerging business and community leaders to grow the next generation of leaders in our community. In partnership with Human Factor Leadership, Naturally Lewis has built a curriculum incorporating a personalized behavioral core strengths assessment and leadership workshops; we're meeting you where you are to help you get you where you want to be. 

The Leadership Academy prides itself on getting participants out of the classroom to experience our community's assets, history, services, and opportunities through a variety of immersive experiences.
