Lewis County Industrial Development Agency

Lewis County Industrial Development Agency (LCIDA), at the intersection of the Adirondack foothills and the Tug Hill, in Lowville, NY is in search of an Executive Director.  The Executive Director will be joining a vibrant organization that also leads the broader Economic Development vision for Lewis County.  Our rural community is on the forefront of green energy and our agency brings progressive thinking to work with small businesses, thriving manufacturing companies and a family oriented, agriculturally based economy. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our vision and lead a strong and energetic team.

 

The Executive Director will lead and manage a small team that drives all economic activity for Lewis County Economic Development. The new employee will report to a seven person Board of Directors. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Experience in business, marketing and related fields are desired and economic development background is an advantage. The LCIDA will pay a competitive salary based upon experience and also provides standard benefits.
