Electrical & Building Repair
The County of Lewis Industrial Development Agency is seeking bids for electrical work and building repairs for their property at 5501 Trinity Ave., Lowville, NY. Bids should be submitted as a Lump Sum “not to exceed” Contract Price.
The contractor shall provide complete services to address the following scope of work, to be completed no later than May 31, 2023:
Exterior
· Repair damaged/missing fascia, soffit, trim
· Seal around all unsealed protrusions/openings
· Install siding and trim over plywood exterior areas to match existing siding
· Replace windows, trim out
· Extend stack height for rear boiler to code, correct sealing to prevent leaks
· Remove debris pile, damaged picnic table(s)
Interior
· Bring electrical wiring to and in panels to code, per the attached report. Replace 2 small panels with 1 larger panel. Correct labeling in panels.
· Correct exposed wiring on boiler and in attic
· Install smoke and CO detectors
· Attach thermostat to wall

Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on April 14, 2023 at the Lewis County IDA Office, PO Box 106, 7551 S. State Street, Lowville, NY 13367. The bid will be awarded by April 21, 2023.
