Naturally Lewis, Inc., in partnership with Lewis County, is accepting Requests for Expressions of Interest for the former Lyons Falls School located at 6832 McAlpine St. Lyons Falls, NY. The property was formerly used as an elementary school through 1983. Currently, Lewis County owns the site and is completing abatement and cleanout.

The site includes a two-story building that was constructed in 1927. The property has a U-shaped drive, parking area, lawns, and approximately three acres of wooded area. It is served by municipal water/sewer, natural gas, and high-speed broadband.

The Village of Lyons Falls is covered by a BOA.
