The new United Cerebral Palsy building is nearly complete and is set to open the 6-bed facility in Lyons Falls, NY, in Spring of 2017.
With the assistance of Lewis County Economic Development, the Village of Lyons Falls was able to secure a $164,300 grant from Northern Border Regional Commission to help extend the village waterline to the facility. Without the waterline extension, the United Cerebral Palsy project would not have been feasible. This project will bring 15 new jobs to Southern Lewis County - a huge economic development achievement for the County.
